Green builder and real estate developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) gains nominations for The Outlook 2019 Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards organized by leading online real estate platform

The Outlook, in partnership with the Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, is on its third year as a black-tie gala event as it brings together property seekers, real estate enthusiasts and esteemed icons alike to recognize and award rising projects and developers in the Philippines.

Aside from an esteemed awarding commemoration, keynote speakers will also be invited to the gala to share important insights on Philippine real estate – providing the event with not just a night of recognition but as well as relevant industry discussion.

For this year’s event, IDC’s latest development in Cagayan de Oro, Primavera City has been nominated as Best Mixed-Use Development in Visayas and Mindanao and Best Innovation Project. IDC has also been nominated for the award of Best Boutique Developer in Visayas and Mindanao.

Primavera City will future six mid-rise towers and a high-rise tower developed in 4 phases the first of which, Citta’ Verde, is currently being constructed. The cornerstone ceremony for Citta’ Bella, was held last March in uptown Cagayan de Oro. Citta’ Bella is the phase 2 of the Primavera City project and will be followed by Citta’ Grande and its tallest tower, Citta’ Alta.

Primavera City showcases first-rate sustainable features such as passive cooling technology using shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance which are green features that trademark IDC developments. Primavera City will also contain a renewable energy feature which will be produced from semi-transparent photovoltaic panels found on the roof and portions of external walls.

The Outlook 2019 Philippine Buyers’ Choice Property Awards nominations were screened by an esteemed panel of judges which includes prominent personalities in the rea estate industry, such as: Dr. Eduardo Ong, Former Chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Services; Atty. Robert Nomar V. Leyretana, Deputy Administrator for Land Registration Authority (LRA); Richard Raymundo, Managing Director for Colliers International Philippines; Amado P. de Jesus, Principal Architect for A.P. de Jesus & Associates and many more esteemed judges that screened potential candidates for the award.

In addition to awarding the real estate excellences of the year, the gala hosts leading keynote speakers from the industry, thereby offering an unparalleled opportunity for discussion and knowledge sharing.
