Cagayan de Oro, Misamis (March 18, 2022)— Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), the developer of Primavera City had the ceremonial turnover of Primavera City’s Phase 1 (Città
Verde) Cagayan de Oro through a formal ceremony attended by unit owners and their families, partner brokers, banks, and contractors last March 18, 2022.
Gracing the event were Italpinas officials and VIPs namely IDC’s Chairman and CEO Arch. Romolo V. Nati, IDC’s Chief Operation Officer Engr. Guiseppe Garofalo together with some key officials from the LGU, Industry Partners, and Valued Sales Force.
“We really believe that Cagayan de Oro has a growth rate that’s much more exciting than other cities. The Philippines itself is growing very fast but I think it’s time now to be more sophisticated about where we go within the Philippines because we can see that there is growth within the growth. Some stories are hyper-prospective for investors and CdeO, we believe, is one such story. We think that our experience so far has proven that.”
One of the key features of Primavera City’s Citta Verde is its eco-friendly design which results in a decrease in energy consumption of up to 20%. This is due to the high-performance design of the building which includes cross ventilation, shading, and passive cooling features. The photovoltaic solar panels are already installed at the roof deck to power the common areas of both buildings.
Primavera City, IDC’s second address in Cagayan de Oro, is a four-phased mixed-use development offering multi-faceted modern living while opening all residences to stunning panoramic views and a distinctive uptown lifestyle.
Primavera City has a complete range of spaces from an elegant 24-hour reception to other modern amenities – offering the best of leisure, lifestyle, and convenience available exclusively only for residents.
As a multi-awarded green building designer and developer, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is a member of the Philippine Green Building Council and the US Green Building Council. Its previous projects have obtained “Edge” Certification, the international certification administered by the IFC World Bank Group for excellence in design for greater efficiencies.
