Italpinas Development Corp. Primavera Sales Office officially moved at Citta Verde at Primavera City

IDC Primavera Sales Office officially moved to its brand new green office space at Citta Verde @ Primavera City. Phase 1 of the 4 phases of development of the Primavera City project complex. Citta Verde @ Primavera City is the third eco-friendly mixed-use complex developed by IDC in CDO. The project follows the company’s flagship Primavera Residences Towers A & B, also located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro.

Citta’ Verde is now completed and has started the turnover process for its Unit owners. Citta’ Bella, Phase 2 of the project complex is currently under construction. Citta’ Grande and Citta’ Alta, Phase 3 & 4 of the project complex are in the permitting stage. All phases have underground parking, ground-floor commercial spaces, 2nd and 3rd floors offices, residential units till 11th floor, and amenities on the rooftop.

The design of the new IDC office has been conceptualized to reduce contact between employees and clients in order to maintain the “social distance” requested nowadays. Together with the stern implementation of other safety measures, will make the new IDC’s office ready to counter the spread of the Covid 19 virus and to ensure the well-being of customers and workers.

The main goal for the new IDC office was to create a “client-friendly” environment and a pleasant, elegant, and green working space for the employees. The Sales Office is located on the ground floor of Citta Verde, while the rest of its Operations is on the 2nd Floor of the building. The Sales Office is open Monday to Sunday to cater to the needs of the buying public. The model unit will be scheduled to be unveiled very soon.

Primavera City is in the process to receive the Green Building certificate issued by EDGE, the green building rating system developed by IFC (International Finance Corporation) a member of the World Bank Group.
