BANGKOK – Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC ^TM), Chairman and CEO, Architect Romolo Valentino Nati, was among the guest speakers at the conference held on May 15 at the Marriot Marquis Queen’s Park, Bangkok, within the IPAX Asia Pacific 2019 event.

Linked to The International Property Awards, IPAX-Asia Pacific event brings together winners of the world-renowned International Property Awards and served as prime meeting place to do business with the most prominent property professionals from around the world, such as Presidents, CEOs, MDs and Chairmen, with world’s leading companies working across all aspects of the residential and commercial property industry such as architecture, interior design, property development and real estate sales.

Arch. Romolo Nati, CEO of IDC^TM was invited at the conference together with selected experts, such as  Kunle Barker (Property Expert), Janet Salem (Officer UN Environment Programme), Tony Morris (Founder & Managing Director–The Sales Doctors) and Dexter Bryn Norville (National Director & Co-Head of Property & Asset Management JLL Thailand). Arch. Nati shared his expertise and achievements as CEO of IDC^TM, a development company committed to environmental sustainability through elegant architectural solutions and trademark contemporary Italian aesthetic.

During IPAX conference, Arch. Nati received the coveted International Property Awards plaque for IDC’s latest project, Miramonti Green Residences, under construction in Sto. Tomas, Batangas, that has been recognized Best Mixed-use Development in the Asia-Pacific Region by International Property Awards 2019.

Arch. Nati is spending more time sharing his advocacy and experience attending events, exhibitions and speaking engagement and has been invited at numerous events and conferences as speaker and panelist among which : the  “High level dialogue on ASEAN- ITALY Economic Relations” held in Singapore, organized by The European House-Ambrosetti, the BEX ASIA 2018 in Singapore and in Kuala Lumpur at The Sustainability Summit Asia 2018 organized by The Economist .

He has also been featured in National Geographic Magazine ASIA as “One of the Philippines’ new business leaders “and, in Bloomberg Philippines, as a “Thought Leader”.
