Bayanga Cagayan de Oro-Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) serves back by taking part in this year’s Brigada Eskwela at Midkiwan Elementary School, a far-flung community in Cagayan de Oro, last May 24, 2019.
During the activity, IDC donated school supplies and conducted a feeding program. This activity was in partnership with Damiani Property Management Services Inc., the official leasing and property management partner of IDC .

The more knowledge you gain the more opportunities will open up to allow these children in the future to achieve better possibilities in career and personal growth.” said Frances Mae R. Galvez, IDC Brand Manager.

IDC is a leader in promoting green advocacy in Cagayan de Oro. Both projects of IDC, Primavera Residences, and Primavera City, won the International Property Awards for Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines. With its dedication to smart and passive green developments, Primavera Residences garnered the distinction of being the First Completed Condominium Project in East Asia to be given an EDGE (Excellence in Design For Greater Efficiencies), a global green certificate by IFC World Bank.
IDC has made it part of its passion to serve the local communities in Cagayan De Oro. IDC community service programs focuses on children, environment and the underserved sector of the community. This is part of the IDC’s trust to promote sustainable development, through support of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development fundamental principle to support endeavors to “Leave no one behind.”
