CAGAYAN DE ORO – Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) through its Primavera City Sales Office (PSO) branch, held a fun-filled General Assembly for IDC agents and brokers last September 3, 2018, at the Barkadahan Grill, Primavera Residences, Pueblo Business Park.

Brokers were informed and updated regarding the extension of the Primavera City and Primavera Residences promo through the general assembly. Primavera City’s modular kitchen promo is still up for grab. Primavera Residences, on the other hand, still offers fully-furnished condominium units to its buyers. Moreover, brokers’ knowledge regarding the required documents for the application and titling of units were also re-evaluated through Mary Sheila Mercurio of MSCM Documentation & Processing Services, IDC – Primavera’s official documentation and processing partner.

With the event place nearly brimming with participating agents and brokers, of course, the assembly would not be complete without games and prizes. Top sellers from the first half of the year were also once again recognized and were given simple gifts of appreciation from IDC.

Clara Marie Elizaga, IDC’s Director for Corporate Affairs, expressed her gratitude for the agents and brokers who attended the assembly. “We recently had our unprecedented sales for the month of July and it would really be nothing without you all, especially to our top sellers for the first half of the year. We look forward to more outstanding sales and a harmonious relationship with you all.” Elizaga said during opening remarks.
