CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY- Record-breaking Sales for the month of July, Sales & Marketing Director Gladys Echano’s Birthday, and Attorney Chona Lara-Maagad’s Baby Shower; Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) celebrated these three last August 15, 2018, at La Bella Luna Ristorante.

Gaining as much as 41 unit reservations for the month of July 2018 and having sold out 80% of residential units from Primavera City Phase 1, Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) marks July as the best month ever with record-breaking sales as well as the highest reservation to beat.
IDC – Primavera Sales Office’s Director for Sales and Marketing, Gladys Echano, also celebrated her 41st Birthday that same night. After being sung with a birthday song and blowing her birthday candle, Echano expressed gratitude for the warm greetings and gifts. “Since I’m celebrating my 41st birthday tonight, as well as the record-breaking sales of 41 unit reservations, expect the increasing number of sales along with my age in the future,” she jokingly commented.
Last, but not the least, Attorney Chona Lara-Maagad, IDC’s Internal Senior Legal Counsel, also celebrated her Baby Shower for her still-to-come baby Sophia Anathalia. A few baby shower games were prepared and were participated by selected IDC employees along with Architect Nati and Attorney Leviste. “We’re very thankful because when I came to work in this company, we were blessed with another baby. In a way, this company became a blessing for us as well, and I also hope that I’m considered a blessing to the company,” said Attorney Chona.
“Maybe we can also take tonight as a chance to thank and acknowledge each other. The sales number conveys how complex the operations are because all of us here are doing everything that we can and are doing our best every day to bring this kind of success. So let’s celebrate the two celebrants, and also each other as an organization because we’re doing well and this is just the beginning,” encouraged Attorney Jose Leviste III, IDC’s President.
