Property Giant Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) launched its last remaining inventory for Primavera City in its rising city center located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City.

IDC President Atty. Jose D. Leviste III took this momentous event to express his gratitude to the clients, brokers and all the attendees of the event.  “It is always a pleasure to meet the members of CDO’s community. We are doing a lot of work and we are very excited to deliver it to the community and it is something that we had in our visions since we set foot in Cagayan. We know CDO is the best place to invest our work, even at that time and up to now this city, that is very dynamic and it is becoming the center of Mindanao, a desirable place to live in. And from year to year, we see Uptown as the center of Cagayan de Oro.”

The event was attended by IDC partners such as banks, brokers and seller, construction contractors and unit owners.

Primavera City is the latest vertical development and premier project of the company after Primavera Residences. Both projects have been awarded as the Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines at the International Property Awards in 2015 and 2017 respectively.

The projects are located 115-m above sea level at Pueblo de Oro Business Park, one of the booming districts of CDO. Located at the heart of Uptown Cagayan de Oro, Primavera City is situated near important places, such as SM City CDO, Golf course, near Xavier University Grade School and High School, BPOs, regional government agencies, hotels, banks, among others. Considered as the latest sustainable development in Uptown CDO, Primavera City will harness passive cooling technology using shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance, featuring renewable energy that will be produced from semi-transparent photovoltaic panels found on the roof and external, east-side, walls.
