Exactly one month since our previous project update, Tower 1 of Primavera City Phase 1 is set to top off soon while Tower 2 is now on the 6th level as the construction of the mixed-use building continues at Pueblo de Oro in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City.

As shown below, the steel frames of the columns are now bent at the 11th floor of Tower 1 indicating the final height.

The building is the first noticeable structure as you approach Pueblo de Oro.

You can see the curved edges which make up the design.

The lower floors house commercial units while the upper floors are residential units.

Located right along PN Roa Sr. Avenue beside SM City parking lot, Primavera City is Italpinas Devt. Corporation’s second project in the city.
