In partnership with IDC, the developer of Primavera projects in Uptown Cagayan de Oro and SM City, the Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards, Inc.- Cagayan de Oro Real Estate Brokers (PAREB-COREB) successfully conducted the first-ever gathering of real estate practitioners in the region, held at SM Uptown in this city last August 19, 2017.
“The grand meet is a gathering of all real estate practitioners in northern Mindanao. This big event really helps them in expanding their network and to be more profound on the updates about the RESA Law,” said Ms. Lolit Alon, COREB President.
National Director of PAREB, Shim Suan, took the chance to remind all practitioners to be part of PAREB as it is the Philippines’ first and largest real estate service organization. He also mentioned and even encouraged the audience to diligently practice their profession based on the RESA Awareness Service Act (RA 9646).
Jose P. Leviste, II, Primo Consigliere of IDC, in his special message, congratulated Cagayan de Oro for its consistent ranking in the Philippine’ Top 10 Competitive Cities. He shared IDC’s story that before it was the only condominium developer who had the confidence to invest in the city, but now, more companies and businesses are coming in and believing in the city’s potential.
