The company fully supports the government’s ambitious project which is believed to be the golden age of infrastructure- among the plans approved is the Mindanao railway system connecting the cities of Davao, Surigao, and Cagayan de Oro. Other plans include infrastructure projects for transportation, water resources, flood management, energy, information communications technology, among others.
“It’s good to see that high-quality projects are concentrated also in places outside Manila, which are in need of the attention of the government,” expressed Nati. “This is a good indicator that more investments and developments are coming in Mindanao,” he added.
Italpinas joined Italian Chamber’s Infrastructure Plan Forum
IDC joined and partnered with Italian Chamber of Commerce in its recently conducted infrastructure and construction forum with the focus on re-thinking infrastructure building, held at The City Club, Alphaland Makati last Thursday, July 6, 2017.
The forum talked about the current situation in the government’s infrastructure development plan considering the real needs in sectors of Water, Healthcare, Education and Agriculture nationwide and to the Local Government Unit Level. It further discussed innovative approach to infrastructure building in the country with suggestions, available instruments and potential solutions.
IDC is known as the pioneer condominium builder in Cagayan de Oro and for its award-winning projects, Primavera Residences and Primavera City found in the booming uptown of the city.
