PSE-listed Italpinas Development Corporation’s (IDC) Romolo V. Nati, chairman and chief executive officer, Atty. Jojo Leviste, president, and Dr. Jose P. Leviste Jr., primo consigliere graced the BizNews program aired on PTV-4.

Italpinas is a dynamic Italian-Filipino company focused in sustainable property design and development in emerging cities across the Philippines. The company’s first development, the twin-tower Primavera Residences is the first green building and condominium in the city of Cagayan de Oro named as the gateway of Mindanao. After the overwhelming success of the project, IDC opened its follow-up development, Primavera City located in the same city.

IDC’s two green developments in the city are located 150m above sea level, making it flood-free. The projects are designed with passive green features that will slash the energy consumption of the building.

IDC garnered both international and national awards for its commitment to green living and architectural design.

Its project Primavera Residences was recognized among the winners in the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards in the 2014 Asia Pacific regional competition as the Best Mixed-Use Development in the Philippines. It has been awarded also as the Best Condo Development in the Philippines in 2011 (Southeast Asia Property Awards) and a finalist in the Most Promising Energy Investment Opportunity of the Year (CTI PFAN Philippines Clean Energy Investor Forum). It was also given the distinction as the First Completed Condominium Project in East Asia to be given the EDGE (Excellence in Design For Greater Efficiencies) Certificate, awarded by IFC World Bank.

The follow-up project, Primavera City has recently won the Best Mixed-use Development in the Philippines category in the International Property Awards 2016-2017, winning IDC for the second time in three years.
