Listed sustainable builder Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) once again received the citation in the Best Mixed-Use Development category at the International Property Awards Asia Pacific 2017.
IDC earned the prestigious award for its soon-to-rise project at Uptown Cagayan de Oro, Primavera City, after its first development, twin-tower Primavera Residences, located in the same city, won in the same category in 2014.
Primavera got the opportunity to render service to the community through taking part in this year’s Brigada Eskwela. Some of us were able to participate in the activity at Taglimao Elementary School, a far flung community in Cagayan de Oro, last May 15, 2017.

In order to promote sustainable management of mangrove ecosystems, a mangrove tree planting was successfully done at the seashore of Punta Bonbon, CDO. It was spearheaded by the Philippine Air Force Tactical Operations Group 10 (PAFTOG) in coordination with the City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office (CLENRO) and green developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), happened last March 29, 2017.
