Italpinas Announces Primavera City’s New Tower Launch

Certified green developer Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is launching Tower B of its latest sustainable project, Primavera City, on 08 March 2017, in Uptown Cagayan de Oro City.

In response to already having sold out 80% of residential units in Tower A, IDC has opted to move quickly to meet demand, and to open Tower B for sale.

“The success of the first tower has exceeded expectations,” expressed Architect Romolo V. Nati, chairman and  chief executive officer of IDC.

Nati foresees that Primavera City will drive economic growth in the city, and the establishment of a dynamic and prosperous Metro CDO.

Both IDC’s Primavera projects (Primavera Residences and Primavera City) are found in the booming uptown district of the city located 150m above sea level. “Our developments respond to the growing interest of the market in a convenient and flood-free area to live.” he said.

In time for the launch of Primavera City Tower B,  IDC also announced that it will offer virtual reality tours of the property.  This will allow clients to take advantage of the favourable prices by buying early, but still be able to tour the finished property in a digital, virtual reality world. IDC’s introduction of this technological advancement will be a first in Mindanao. This virtual reality experience will be on offer to prospective clients at the Primavera Sales Office.

Primavera City is designed as a seven-tower development. The first phase of the project consists of Tower A and B, which are scheduled to be completed in the year 2018. Its seventh tower, the final one to be built, is planned to be a high rise hotel, and an icon of the new and modern face of uptown CDO.

Towers A and B together will consist of 281 residential units including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with the option for larger configurations to be custom designed upon request. They will also have 9 commercial units, 8 restaurant units and 41 office spaces respectively.

Built with cutting-edge green design strategies, Primavera City will harness the principles of passive cooling technology: shadow and sunlight control, wind cooling and shape performance. It will feature renewable energy semi-transparent photovoltaic panels on its rooftop. It will also introduce water recycling for building maintenance and landscape irrigation.
