Primavera City holds its Cornerstone Laying Ceremony in Uptown CDO

Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC), a certified sustainable real estate developer,  recently held its official Cornerstone Laying Ceremony of Primavera City last October 1, 2016 in its site at Macapagal Drive, Pueblo de Oro Business Park.

Gracing the ceremony were IDC executives namely President Jose Leviste III, COO Ma. Teresa T. Fernandez, Arch. Giovanni Gusella – Senior Advisor for Operations, Project Management of ESCA VP Tito Evangelista, AVP Project Manager Marlon Ragpala, Hon. Oscar Moreno,Fr. Gary Igot- SJV, bank executives from  BPI, PS Bank, Security bank and May bank, accredited realities, and special guests.

IDC Atty. Jose Leviste III in his message,  emphasized, “ As a young company, this project is truly a dream for us. Primavera City is our ambition for Cagayan de Oro. We believe that with the relentless economic activity, this area will soon be booming.”

“We are looking forward to welcoming you here at Primavera City,” Atty. Leviste continued.

Following the cornerstone laying ceremony at the site was the official Primavera City Showroom blessing & launch held at the 2F of Primavera Residences. The blessing was officiated by Fr. Gary Igot, SJV followed by the cutting of ribbon.

Primavera City is a subsequent project to the multi-awarded green mixed-use condominium Primavera Residences. With its eco-friendly architectural design,  CEO Romolo V. Nati sees Primavera City as the next record-breaking real-estate development in Cagayan de Oro City.
