Italpinas net income surges to P44.47 M in 2015

MANILA, Philippines – Listed green developer Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC)  posted strong sales last year, boosting its income by more than double or 142 percent higher than the 2014 level.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), the Filipino-Italian-led company reported a net income of P44.476 million, 142 percent higher than the P18.356 million posted in 2014.

This was achieved as sales soared 62 percent to P216.5 million in 2015, which officials said is a reflection of the success of the company’s  award winning Primavera Residences, a green building in Cagayan de Oro City.

IDC said its operating income more than doubled to P51.1 million in 2015, or 129 percent higher than 2014’s P22.3 million.

Our Dream City: Primavera City

My husband and I have been married for 13 years. Our relationship is based on trust and relies a lot on communication. We’re pretty much content with what life has given and continues to give us. We have stable jobs. We have good friends. We have our families and relatives beside us. We’re in good health. We are blessed.

One thing that we constantly talk about, though, is the possibility of having our own house. Yes, we have a small – but comfortable – house now. But, it’s owned by my husband’s family. Our dream is to have one that we can call our own. We’ve looked into several options already, but we’re quite picky with what we want, so none of them really interested us. Italpinas sets Primavera City launch in Cagayan de Oro City in Q2

CERTIFIED green builder Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC) has set for this year’s second quarter the launch of its new huge and groundbreaking project—Primavera City—in Cagayan de Oro City.

IDC made its mark in the real-estate industry as the first Philippine company certified by the International Finance Corp. (IFC)-World Bank Group Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) for its flagship project, also in Cagayan de Oro City, the Primavera Residences.

IDC Chairman and COO Romolo Valentino Nati, an Italian architect, said Phase 1 of Primavera City involves the construction of two towers of integrated multifunctional buildings (commercial, office, residential) project with 11 floors each.

Located at the Pueblo de Oro Business Park, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro (near SM City Cagayan de Oro), the project entails an investment of P653 million.

MANILA, Philippines – Italpinas Development Corp. is ready to launch its Primavera City project in Cagayan de Oro City in the second quarter.

IDC chairman and COO Romolo Valentino Nati, an Italian architect, said the first phase of the project involves the construction of two towers of integrated multifunctional buildings (commercial, office, residential) project with 11 floors each.

The project with an investment cost of P653 million is located at the Pueblo de Oro Business Park, Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro (near SM City Cagayan de Oro).

“Primavera City is a fitting follow-up to our highly successful and multi-awarded Primavera Residences, which caught the fancy of not just Filipinos but even foreign buyers and property experts for its modern Italian design infused with eco-friendly architecture,” Nati said.

Around two weeks ago, I wrote about Italpinas Development Corporation’s new condominium project, Primavera City, which happens to be the kind of home my husband and I have long wanted to have. We’re quite excited because the first phase of the condominium is set to be launched in the second quarter of this year. I cannot wait for this totally unique vision to come to life!

Primavera City is a new concept in condominium living primarily because it promotes green living. Additionally, it is also one of the first developments in Cagayan de Oro to offer the benefits of an innovative solar power system. It is designed with an onsite solar power plant component that is expected to produce around 1.4 megawatts (MW) of power. What this means for Primavera City residents is a lowered cost of living.

Leviste III said that investing in an economically sized power system will benefit residents as the building will not have to depend on expensive power from the grid. With the solar power component, Primavera City will not only stand out because of its aesthetics and design, but also because of its innovative economics of condominium living.

Last time, I wrote about how important it is to invest on a place you can call your own. For me, that place shouldn’t be just any other place, but something that has tons of perks such as an indoor pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, and a reliable security system that functions 24/7, to name a few. It has to be a place that is not only visually appealing, but also a place where everything you need is within reach

When I think about settling in the great big city, condo living is the dream for me.
